SpringSpirit Baseball is a Houston-based non-profit organization working to mobilize community leaders and other organizations to create a unique community facility and programs that benefit Spring Branch youth.
Our mission is to provide a pathway for personal development by developing the mind, body and spirit of youth in Houston, especially those most at-risk, by creating positive mentoring relationships between caring adults, and youth and their families through baseball, softball and educational programs. Our goals are to provide a safe and healthy outdoor environment for children to play and learn, to improve the quality of life for youth and their families, and to enrich the lives of youth through mentoring relationships.
SpringSpirit has teamed up with the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation, the Boys & Girls Clubs and other local organizations to ensure that we can reach as many youth as possible within Spring Branch. We are committed to building a world-class baseball facility on Pitner Road, in the heart of Spring Branch, which will include two youth multi-purpose fields, an indoor pavilion and training facilities. While we are constructing this facility, we will provide programming through the Boys & Girls Clubs facilities.
SPRINGSPIRIT SPORTS AND EDUCATIONAL COMPLEX IS OPEN!
The first phase of construction on the SpringSpirit Baseball Sports and Educational Complex is complete and the facility officially opened on March 31st with a community carnival and baseball clinic.
